Pre-registration for the lighter BGMI title opened on 25 August 2026 for Android users in India, while the game was still publicly discussed as BGMI Lite. On 15 October 2026, KRAFTON India presented the name BGMI Air. The Play Store package remains com.krafton.bgmilite.

How to pre-register
- Open the Google Play Store on an Android phone.
- Search for BGMI Air, or open the official listing.
- Confirm the publisher is KRAFTON, Inc.
- Tap Pre-register.
- If Play Store offers a reminder or “install when available”, you can enable it.
You should then receive a Play Store notification when KRAFTON publishes the game to that listing.
What pre-registration does not do
- It does not download the APK now.
- It does not create a special account on this website.
- It does not guarantee an exact launch day.
- It does not mean an unofficial file is allowed.
Do you need to register again after the rename?
KRAFTON has not published a requirement to pre-register twice. Because the listing is the same application ID, players who already pre-registered under the Lite name should still be attached to that listing. Check your Play Store library if you want confirmation on your own account.
Pre-registration rewards
No confirmed item list has been published for BGMI Air. If the Play Store listing shows a reward module, treat that as the live source. Do not mix this up with the 2021 BGMI launch rewards.
iOS and other stores
Public pre-registration described in coverage is for Android via Google Play. Treat iOS APK/IPA pages as unverified unless KRAFTON adds an official store listing of its own.
